With the proliferation of news breaking instantaneously across social media, often before traditional media can report or companies can properly respond, it’s a key requirement for certain business sectors to have on-line and broadcast response procedures for crisis communications, in place and well-rehearsed. PrivatAir required a trusted and experienced partner who could provide media expertise and capacity to act as an extension to their in-house team with guaranteed levels of response.
Media Frontier designed and managed broadcast and on-line response training sessions to work closely with PrivatAir’s procedures for crisis communications, and provides and ongoing team to support the company if the need arises.
This is added to with regular social media monitoring to support and refine PrivatAir’s online presence.
